Women & Wine began with a simple but powerful question I asked myself: what if we stopped waiting for connection — and built it ourselves?

Like many professional women, I was juggling a lot — work, family, responsibilities, and the constant pressure to have it all together. And yet, even surrounded by people, I still felt moments of loneliness. I realized I wasn’t alone in that feeling, and I started to wonder what would happen if we created a space where women could truly connect.

I kept coming back to three things that build meaningful relationships: consistency, positivity, and vulnerability.

So I took a small leap and invited ten women I admired to join me for a glass of wine. That one invitation turned into a circle of women gathering regularly. Over time, that circle grew into a community, and that community began to feel like something much bigger.

Despite the name, Women & Wine isn’t really about the wine. It’s about what happens when women show up as their full selves. It’s about having the courage to say the hard thing out loud, celebrating each other’s wins, and building trusted, bi-directional relationships where we give support and receive it.

My hope has always been simple: to create a space where women gather with intention, build trust through consistency, and grow stronger because we choose to rise together.

Women & Wine is more than an event. It’s a commitment — to connection, to community, and to each other.

Because when women show up, we rise.
