Some evenings leave a lasting impression, and our May Women & Wine gathering at BI WORLDWIDE was one of those special moments.

As women gathered from across our community, there was a feeling of excitement, gratitude, and possibility in the room. New conversations began, familiar friendships deepened, and once again we witnessed the power of women intentionally showing up for one another with positivity, vulnerability, and consistency.

At Women & Wine, we believe meaningful relationships are built when people create space to connect authentically. This evening reminded us that when women come together, incredible things happen—not only for ourselves, but for future generations.

A Warm Welcome from BI WORLDWIDE

A heartfelt thank you to BI WORLDWIDE for opening your doors and welcoming our Women & Wine community into your beautiful space.

Special thanks to Molly Jones for your generosity, hospitality, and partnership. Your team created an environment where connection flourished and meaningful conversations could take place.

Community doesn't happen by accident. It happens because people and organizations choose to invest in creating spaces where others feel welcomed, valued, and seen. We are grateful for leaders who understand the importance of bringing people together.

Becoming Part of History

One of the highlights of the evening was welcoming Jill Hayes and Karri Nussle from the Smithsonian American Women's History Museum.

Their presentation reminded us that history is not simply something we read about—it is something we create every day.

For generations, countless women have made extraordinary contributions to our communities, industries, families, and country. Yet many of those stories have never been fully documented or celebrated. The Smithsonian American Women's History Museum is working to change that by ensuring women's achievements, experiences, and contributions are preserved and shared for generations to come.

As we listened to Jill and Karri, we were reminded that each of us has the opportunity to play a role in supporting this important work. Whether through advocacy, awareness, storytelling, or philanthropy, we can all help ensure that women's voices and accomplishments are recognized as an essential part of our nation's history.

As Minnesota's State Ambassadors continue supporting the museum's efforts, it was inspiring to see so many women eager to learn how they can contribute to a movement that will leave a lasting legacy.

Being part of history is not reserved for a select few. It belongs to all of us.

Generations Learning Together

One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was welcoming our daughters to join us.

Watching multiple generations gather in the same room was a powerful reminder of why communities like Women & Wine matter.

There is something special about creating spaces where younger women can learn from those who have walked before them while also sharing their own perspectives, dreams, and experiences. The conversations that took place throughout the evening reflected the strength that comes from connecting across generations.

As mothers, mentors, daughters, leaders, and friends, we all have something to teach and something to learn.

Seeing our daughters participate in the community brought a sense of hope and possibility for the future. It was a beautiful reminder that the relationships we build today can influence generations to come.

More Than an Event

For those discovering Women & Wine for the first time, gatherings like this reflect the heart of our community.

We come together to build authentic relationships.

We support one another through life's opportunities and challenges.

We celebrate wins, share experiences, and create space for meaningful conversations.

We learn from remarkable organizations and leaders who are making a difference.

And we look for ways to give back and leave a positive impact on the communities around us.

The evening at BI WORLDWIDE embodied all of these values.

There was laughter. There were new introductions. There were stories shared openly and connections strengthened. Most importantly, there was a collective understanding that when women support one another, we create opportunities not only for ourselves, but for future generations as well.

Looking Ahead

As the evening came to a close, I couldn't help but feel grateful.

Grateful for every woman who continues to invest in herself and others.

Grateful for partners like BI WORLDWIDE who help make these gatherings possible.

Grateful for the Smithsonian American Women's History Museum and its mission to preserve and elevate the stories of women who have shaped our world.

And grateful for a community that continues to grow through connection, kindness, and purpose.

Together, we are building relationships, creating impact, and helping write the next chapter of women's history.

When women show up, we rise.
